Mr. Witmer was president and CEO of Medrad, Inc. from 1982 to 1998. Mr. Witmer oversaw the growth of Medrad from under $10 million to over $120 million per year. Prior to Medrad, Mr. Witmer was President and CEO of Union Carbide Imaging Systems, Inc. and Vice President and General Manager of Clinical Diagnostics, Medical Products Division, Union Carbide Corporation. Mr. Witmer is a member of the Board of Directors of Mine Safety Appliances, Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pa. and of Instrument Specialties Company, Inc. of Delaware Water Gap, Pa. |
