Independent Director since 2004. Mr. McAuley is the former chairman and chief executive officer of IRT Property Company, an Atlanta-based real estate investment trust traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to joining IRT in 1995, Mr. McAuley was a regional partner with Faison and Associates, a real estate management and development company, which was the successor by purchase of Ewing Southeast Realty where Mr. McAuley served as chairman and chief executive officer from 1988 to 1993. Mr. McAuley is a director of RBC Centura Card Bank Gulf States Paper Company and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the National Association of Corporate Directors. |
