Tom Blanco joined Tessera as Vice President, Human Resources and Administration in Feb 2006. He brings more than 20 years of executive and human resources management experience to the company. Prior to joining Tessera, Blanco served as vice president of Human Resources & Administration for several technology companies, including Cloudmark and Liquid Audio, where he was responsible for human resources, technical and customer support, facilities and sales operations. Previous experience includes his role as senior director of Human Resources for Sales Operations & International at Aspect Communications, and 14 years service at Bank of America, where he held various positions, including senior vice president of Business Engineering Services.
Blanco holds a B.A. in Spanish/English Literature, and has completed coursework for his MA in Literature, from Queens College of City University of New York.
