Mr. Noonan joined the Board as a director in November 1997 and serves on the compensation committee of the Board. For the past 17 years, he has served as Manager of Quality Assurance for Mars Inc., an international food and candy company. From 1961 to 1979, he was a microbiologist for the Environmental Department of the State of New York. Mr. Noonan received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University in New York in 1959. He is the brother-in-law of Mr. Swanton. |
