Mr. Mazzotta is a graduate of Siena College and Albany Law School. Mr. Mazzotta also is a Certified Public Accountant. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1987.
Mr. Mazzotta's practice is concentrated in the commercial real estate development, commercial leasing, joint venture developments, commercial transactions, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax areas. He has substantial experience handling a variety of complex real estate transactions and joint venture commercial developments, and estate planning matters, and has represented clients in numerous business acquisitions and sales involving varied industries.
Mr. Mazzotta is a member of the Albany County and New York State Bar Associations (Member, Sections on Real Estate and Taxation) and the American Bar Association (Member, Real Estate and Taxation).
Mr. Mazzotta also is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the United States Tax Court. |
