Tom is the founder of three previous ventures, the last two launching breakthrough technologies to the packaging industry. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial management experience, Tom provides a fresh business perspective as a skilled growth strategist offering tactical skills in intellectual property management, product development, sales and marketing. Tom is the inventor of 7 Patents and developed 4 trademarks. He has been a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals since 1998 and won the 2002 Highest Achievement Award, the Gold Award Winner in Environmental Achievement and the Gold Award Winner in Technical Innovation from the Flexible Packaging Association in 2002. Tom was also presented with the 2001 R & D 100 Award, R & D Magazine. Tom earned an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara. |
