Mr. Denomme, 67, served as Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer of Chrysler Corporation from 1994 until he retired in December 1997 and as a director of Chrysler Corporation from 1993 through 1997. He joined Chrysler Corporation in 1980 and was elected Vice President Corporate Strategic Planning in 1981, Executive Vice President Corporate Staff Group in 1991, and Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in 1993.
