Thomas F. Daley joined the Company as Vice President, Corporate Counsel, in 2004. Mr. Daley has more than 25 years of executive and corporate counsel experience. Prior to joining DRS, he was President and CEO of Clearwire Equipment Company, LLC and earlier was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Clearwire Technologies, Inc. He held similar positions at Sierra Technologies, Inc., LTV Corporation's AM General Division and Sierra Research Division, and Proctor & Gamble Company. Mr. Daley holds a J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He is a registered patent attorney and is licensed to practice law in Texas, Ohio and Tennessee. |
