Mr. Brady has been a member of the Board of Trustees since January 2002. Mr. Brady is an Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Retail Competitive Supply at Constellation Energy Group (CEG) with responsibility for setting corporate strategy, overseeing corporate acquisitions, managing governmental affairs, corporate communication and branding. He assumed this position in 1999. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baltimore Gas & Electric and has responsibilities for Constellation NewEnergy and its retail lines of business. Prior to 1999, Mr. Brady held various executive officer positions at Baltimore Gas & Electric Company, including Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Brady also serves as a Trustee/Director of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, Villa Julie College, and Chairman of the Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission. |
