Thomas F. Ackerman joined us in 1988 with over eleven years of combined public accounting and international finance experience. He was named Controller North America in 1992 became our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1996 and he was named a Senior Vice President. In 2005 he was named Corporate Executive Vice President. He is currently responsible for overseeing our Accounting and Finance Department as well as our Information Technology Group. Prior to joining us Mr. Ackerman was an accountant at Arthur Anderson & Co.
Mr. Ackerman also serves on the Board of Directors of CryoLife Inc. a New York Stock Exchange company (CRY) and the University of Massachusetts Foundation.
Mr. Ackerman received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and is a certified public accountant. |
