Thomas E. Thompson is a seasoned real estate professional with a 30-year track record in comprehensive commercial leasing, investment, development and property management experience. His recognized strengths include the ability to develop programs from conception through completion for the development, leasing, management and sales of major real estate projects. During his career, Mr. Thompson has directly participated in the sale, leasing and management of more than 3.5 million square feet of office and industrial space. He also sold, developed leased, managed, and created marketing and financing plans for more than 4,500 apartment units with a combined property value exceeding $600 million. Mr. Thompson is a graduate of the University of New York State, majoring in business and has also completed post-graduate studies at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Pennsylvania State University in real estate and finance. He holds a California Real Estate Broker License and is a Certified Continuing Education Instructor for the California Department of Real Estate and publisher of ?Introduction to Real Estate Development,? which is utilized in seminars for continuing education credit in the brokerage industry. As President of Real Estate Partners, Mr. Thompson is responsible for driving the Company?s continued growth in the multifamily market and overseeing its strategic initiatives such as 1031 Exchange services through its dedicated 1031REP division, as well as several web-based initiatives. |
