Ed Snyder is Vice President and Director, Tactical Communications for SRA’s Command and Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3I) Sector, working with clients including the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Defense for Networking, Integration and Information; the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR); and the Program Executive Office for Information Technology. He spent 21 years in the U.S. Navy, 13 at sea and on surface ships responsible for the operations, maintenance, and training of combat systems or C3I. He also served as the chief of naval operations staff for tactical communications and the strategic plans and policy directorate, J-5, the joint chiefs of staff as the branch chief and strategic policy planner in the nuclear arms control division.
Snyder joined SRA in July 2005 during the acquisition of Galaxy Scientific Corporation.
