Thomas E. Noonan has served as a director of Manhattan Associates since January 1999. Mr. Noonan has served as the president and as a director of ISS Group, Inc., a provider of network security monitoring, detection and response software, since August 1995, and as its chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors since November 1996. Prior to joining ISS Group, Inc., he served as vice president, sales and business development with TSI International, Inc., an electronic commerce company, from October 1994 until August 1995. From November 1989 until October 1994, Mr. Noonan held high-level sales and marketing positions at Dun & Bradstreet Software, a developer of enterprise business software. |
