Thomas E. Mclnerney has served as a director of our company since October 1999 and is a member of the board’s compensation committee. Since 1987, Mr. McInerney has been a general partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a private equity investment firm, and affiliated entities, which collectively are a principal stockholder of our company. He is a director of the following publicly-held companies: The BISYS Group, a provider of computer services to the financial industry, and Centennial Communications Corporation, a provider of voice and data communication services. He is also a director of several private companies. Mr. McInerney received a B.A. from St. John's University and attended New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. |
