Thomas D. Fenner is an Executive Vice President and President of the Fire and Emergency Group for Oshkosh Truck Corporation. He has responsibility for business units within the Fire and Emergency Group. He was appointed to this position in July 2007.
Fenner has held increasingly broad and responsible positions since joining the company in 1982 primarily in the areas of operations. In 1998 he was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at the company’s refuse and concrete subsidiary McNeilus Companies Inc. with primary responsibility for production quality procurement and testing of McNeilus® brand commercial products. In 1999 Fenner returned to Oshkosh and assumed the same responsibilities for Oshkosh Truck’s defense and commercial products. In 2002 he assumed the same responsibilities at the company’s fire apparatus subsidiary Pierce Manufacturing Inc. In 2004 he returned to Oshkosh as Vice President and General Manager for Airport Municipal Products. Before coming to Oshkosh Fenner served in the United States Marine Corp. and held positions at E-Z Paint Corp. and Pewaukee Sanitary District. |
