Tom Loadman was elected Vice President and General Manager, Railroad Products and Services of Koppers Inc. in November 1994. He has worked for Koppers since 1979 and has held various management positions in Orville, Ohio, Carbondale, Ill., Muncy, Pa., Pittsburgh, Pa. and Superior, Wis. He served as plant manager in Muncy, Pa. from 1985 to 1988 and was appointed Railroad Plants Operations Manager in January 1989. He is a Director of KSA and is a member of the Railway Tie Association and American Wood Preservers Association. He is a 1977 graduate of West Virginia University. |
