Thomas C. Shields is Chief Financial Officer of ANADIGICS, Inc. (Nasdaq), a position he assumed in August 1999. With over 18 years experience in developing and expanding global financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, new business development and manufacturing, Mr Shields' financial leadership has contributed directly to the success of numerous technology companies including ANADIGICS'.
Mr Shields came to ANADIGICS from Fisher Scientific Company, where he served as Vice President of Finance and Controller. Prior to joining Fisher Scientific, he was Vice President of Finance and Controller of Harman Consumer Group, where he led domestic and international operations and financial management. He also has served as Chief Financial Officer and had full responsibility for P&L and operational performance at Baker & Taylor Software. Mr Shields holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. |
