Thomas B. Simone has served as the Chair of the Board since December 2005 and as Lead Independent Director since December 2003. Mr. Simone served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors from January 2003 to December 2005 as the Chair of the Board of Directors from December 1999 to December 2002 and as a member of the Board of Directors since October 1996. Mr. Simone is the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. Mr. Simone has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Simone & Associates a healthcare and natural products investment and consulting company since April 1994. Mr. Simone also serves on the Board of Directors of ECO-DENT International Inc. and Spectrum Organic Products Inc. Committees
