Thomas A. Young, Jr., with the Bank since its inception, Tom first served as a Senior Vice President and Lender before being named President & CEO in December of 2000. Prior to joining Alliance he worked at First Union after its acquisition of Signet in November 1997. From October 1983 to November 1997, he served as a Vice President/Commercial Lender for Signet Bank. Mr. Young, who has over 30 years of banking experience, also serves on the board of directors of Columbia Equity Trust, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based real estate investment trust (REIT). |
