An insurance agent, Mr. Mulligan is currently licensed in approximately twenty states. He is a member of the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) and the Independent Insurance Agents (IIA). Mr. Mulligan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Tennessee Wesleyan College. Mr. Mulligan is the founder and President of the Mulligan Insurance Agency, Inc. an independent retail insurance agency with its primary focus servicing the trucking industry. He co-founded CBIP Management, Inc. and is the current President. Previously for six years Mr. Mulligan was a Vice President and Sales Manager for the BPI Group. His transportation career began with Idealease (Navistar) a leading regional truck leasing operation where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. |
