Mr. Mastrelli, 59, has served on our board of directors since December 1999. He is currently Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for The Nielsen Company. Previously, Mr. Mastrelli held various executive level positions at The Nielsen Company, including Chief Operating Officer of VNU, Inc., a subsidiary of The Nielsen Company. Mr. Mastrelli joined The Nielsen Company in 1998.
