Audit Committee Chairperson, Compensation Committee Member, Nominating & Governance Committee Member Thomas A. Madden has been a Director of Intcomex, Inc. since December 2006. From 2001 until his retirement in 2005, Mr. Madden served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ingram Micro. Prior to that, Mr. Madden was the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Arvinmeritor, Inc. from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Madden currently serves on the boards of Mindspeed Technologies, Inc., a company designing, developing and selling semiconductor networking solutions for communications applications, Champion Enterprises, Inc., a company building manufactured and modular homes, Freight Car America, Inc., manufacturer of railroad freight cars, and the City of Hope cancer institute. Mr. Madden holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. |
