Mr. Madden, 54, has been a director since June 2003. He was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ingram Micro Inc. (computer technology services) from July 2001 through April 2005. He served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of ArvinMeritor, Inc. (automotive components) from October 1997 to July 2001. He currently serves as a director of FreightCar America, Inc. (manufacturing and rebuilding railroad freight cars), Champion Enterprises, Inc. (manufacturing factory built housing) and Intcomex, Inc. (computer part distribution). Madden currently serves on the board of directors of Champion Enterprises, City of Hope Cancer Institute, FreightCar America, Intcomex and Mindspeed Technologies. He sits on the audit committee of each of these boards as well as sitting on selected compensation committees, finance committees, governance committees and bond pricing committees.
