Therese S. Seeley is a partner in the firm's Naperville office. That office handles litigation in numerous Illinois counties, including Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, Kendall, Grundy, DeKalb, LaSalle, Kankakee, Winnebago and others. Ms. Seeley concentrates her practice in the area of medical malpractice, insurance defense, premises liability, product liability and commercial litigation. She handles all aspects of litigation, including the trial of numerous cases to verdict and has handled appellate matters, including successfully arguing before the Illinois Appellate Court. In addition to her trial experience, Ms. Seeley has a wealth of experience in pre-trial litigation, including analyzing cases and developing a defense strategy. Ms. Seeley has been an invited instructor at the DuPage County Bar Association Trial Advocacy Course, and has also served on the Civil Practice Committee for the DuPage County Bar Association. Ms. Seeley has also served as an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of DuPage County.
