Theresa is an associate in the firm’s finance and restructuring group. She has been significantly involved in the representation of banks, other financial institutions, liquidating trustees, and indenture trustees, both at a local and national level. Theresa has recently represented banks and other financial institutions with respect to issues arising in the subprime mortgage industry, particularly with respect to servicer defaults in securitization transactions. |
