With a career on Wall Street that spans more than 30 years, including fourteen years at Goldman Sachs, and then until the year 2000, twelve years as a Managing Director for UBS in London and New York, Mr.Botts brings to StereoVision a broad range of corporate finance experience and contacts in the investment community. Since 2000, he has been managing his private financial advisory firm, Kensington Gate Capital. He has been consulting to StereoVision since the beginning of 2004. In addition to his position at StereoVision, Mr. Botts serves as the chairman of the audit committee and a Board Member of INTAC International, a NASDAQ listed China Ventures Company. He also serves as the head of development for REACH Prep, a non profit children's educational organization. |
