Ted Budd is a member of the intellectual property group in the Minneapolis office of Faegre & Benson. His practice is focused on patent litigation, patent prosecution, infringement and validity opinions, and other intellectual property matters. He has worked on intellectual property matters for Boston Scientific, 3M, Donaldon Company, General Mills, Hutchinson Technology, Thomson West, Wagner Spray Tech and other leading companies. He has worked on intellectual property matters in a variety of areas, including medical devices and methods of treatment, disk drive technology, computer software, home improvement supplies and tools, and gas fireplace technology. Ted is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he teaches courses in Basic Patent Litigation and Advanced Patent Litigation. He has also taught CLEs on patent law and patent litigation topics, and authored several published pieces on patent related issues. |
