Theodore D. Roth has been a director since 2004. Mr. Roth has been a Managing Director of Roth Capital Partners, LLC, an investment-banking firm, since February 2003. For more than 15 years prior to that time, Mr. Roth was employed by Alliance Pharmaceutical Corp., most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Roth currently serves on the board of directors of Alliance Pharmaceutical and Orange 21 Inc. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Washburn University and a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
Mr. Roth is the chair of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of our Compensation Committee. |
