Bo Manuel's practice focuses primarily on the representation of mortgage portfolio servicers in connection with defeasance of CMBS loans. Mr. Manuel also regularly represents institutional lenders and finance companies, as well as borrowers, in various financing transactions including syndicated loans, loan assumptions and the origination of commercial mortgage backed loans.
In addition, Mr. Manuel represents sellers, purchasers and developers in the financing, sale, acquisition and development of commercial properties. He is experienced in reviewing real estate and title documents in connection with leasing, acquisition, sale and financing transactions. While at the University of South Carolina, Mr. Manuel was a member of the South Carolina Law Review. |
