Mr. Michalakos is responsible for auditing and reporting on the results of financial activities and transactions, investment and financial analysis of existing projects, evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities and for assisting in new business development within the global Skyline enterprise. Mr. Michalakos has over twenty years experience in accounting and finance. He has significant experience in the real estate industry, having served in positions of Controller and Financial Analyst for real estate syndicators, developers, managers, contractors and homebuilders. His duties have included financial reporting, investment performance metrics, financial analysis and assisting with business development. Mr. Michalakos is a Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science from DePaul University, where he was a member of the National Honorary Fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society. |
