In this leadership role, he is responsible for spearheading the expansion of the service by coordinating with the teams in Europe and North America, localizing the services, and implementing the projects for Japanese and multi-national clients in the region.
Mr. Seno joined Korn/Ferry in 1990 from Bain & Company, a major strategy consulting firm, in Tokyo, where he was a consultant specializing in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. He also worked on the Japan entry strategies for foreign companies in a variety of industries.
Prior to his work with Bain & Company, Mr. Seno was General Manager of the Japanese subsidiary of a foreign trading firm. The bulk of his previous professional experience was in the commodity trading business, including working experience in Tokyo, London and Hamilton, Bermuda.
Mr. Seno earned a BBA degree from Yokohama National University and an MBA degree from Stanford Business School. He obtained an Associate CPA license in Japan in 1975. |
