Mr. Wallberg a Certified Public Accountant possesses an extensive and diverse background with over 30 years of experience with entrepreneurial/start-up companies. Prior to joining ULURU Inc. Mr. Wallberg was Chief Financial officer (CFO) with Alliance Hospitality Management and previous to that was CFO for DCB Investments Inc. a Dallas Texas based real estate holding company. During his five year tenure at DCB Investments Mr. Wallberg acquired valuable experience with several successful start-up businesses and dealing with the external financial community. Prior to DCB Investments Terry spent 22 years with Metro Hotels Inc. serving in several finance/accounting capacities and culminating his tenure as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wallberg is a member of the American Society and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. |
