Mr. Stepanik has been instrumental in the design and sale of the company's transaction solution set since November, 1997. Prior to forming UDW, Mr. Stepanik was Senior Project manager for strategic initiative projects at TeleCheck, a subsidiary of First Data Corporation. He also served as vice president of First Interstate Bank where he managed application support for the company.
Mr. Stepanik has an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio and bachelor's degrees from Penn State University and St. Mary's University.
