Terry Geraghty joined Manhattan Associates in January 2008 as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. Mr. Geraghty leads Manhattan Associates global Human Resources practice to assure the availability of world-class talent to drive business success. His responsibilities include executive leadership and employee development; compensation and benefits; staffing; and all of the people aspects of acquisition integration.
Terry has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources executive consultant executive coach and change leader. Most recently Mr. Geraghty served as a Principal Consultant for Linkage; a global organizational development company specializing in helping management teams enhance their leadership skills. Prior to Linkage Terry was with McKesson Corporation where he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at for McKesson's 6500 person Global Healthcare Information Technology business unit. He implemented numerous innovative talent management initiatives which resulted in McKesson being recognized as a preferred employer. Before joining McKesson Terry held a number of positions at Harris Corporation where as Director of Human Resources he was responsible for quality and Human Resources for the company's 4000 person Lanier Worldwide business unit. Terry holds a degree in Psychology from St. John's University in Collegeville Minnesota and a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. |
