As Chief Human Capital Officer, Terry Dyckman is responsible for Saba's global human resource and human capital functions and is chartered with developing exceptional people processes that will allow Saba to hire, train, and develop the best people to manage their performance to maximum potential.
Terry joins Saba from NetIQ Corporation, a systems and security software provider, where he had worldwide human resource responsibility for the 750 person, 300 million dollar company. Prior to NetIQ, he held executive and senior management positions at ROLM Corporation, Apple Computer, Claris, and Auspex Systems. He has also taught in the graduate psychology program at Santa Clara University. Terry also served as Saba's Vice President of Human Resources in 2001 and 2002. |
