Terry is in the Manufacturing/Technology and Engineering group within Executive Search, Ltd. She serves as Vice President, manages key accounts and leads the Internet initiative for ESL. Terry specializes in both retained and contingency assignments encompassing Engineering, Engineering Management, Quality/Regulatory, Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering Manufacturing Management and Support (i.e. Human Resources, Accounting, Distribution, Warehouse, etc) as well as Operations and Operations Management. Terry brings over 20 years of experience dealing with the medical/medical device, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, automotive, biotech, metal fabrications, and electronic arenas.

Terry has been recognized throughout the industry by consistently ranking as one of the top 20 search specialists among her peers. Terry is a Certified Senior Account Manager and has been inducted into the Summit Guild after having generated over $3,000,000 in successfully completed search contracts. She is also a member of NAFE (National Association of Female Executives).
