Terry has actively served the real estate development and home-building industry in the Twin Cities region for 30 years. Throughout his career Terry has created dozens of neighborhood communities and thousands of home sites throughout the region. Terry is practiced in the process of regional development protocol, annexation and has developed numerous projects that required the joint cooperation of multiple municipalities, townships and the Metropolitan Council.
Terry has frequently been appointed to positions on state, regional, county and local committees as an advisor to governments on land development and housing matters. Terry served for eleven years as a member of the board of directors for the Sensible Land Use Coalition. During his time on the board, Terry served as its vice president for six years and completed his service to the coalition in 2000 by serving as its president. For nineteen years Terry has been actively involved in the Builders Association of the Twin Cities and presently serves on its Public Policy Committee. |
