Dr. Hensley serves as Director of Lenoir Memorial Hospital. He joined EMP as an Emergency Physician at Craven Regional Medical Center in New Bern, North Carolina in July 2004. He came to us from Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont, Michigan where he was an Emergency Physician. Dr. Hensley has also been Medical Director at Gerber Memorial Health Services and a Flight Physician for AeroMed at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Hensley received his undergraduate training at the University of Louisville, College of Arts and Sciences in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville, School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Spectrum Health-Michigan State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Hensley is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians |
