Prior to joining Plainfield, Terri Lecamp was the managing partner of TLC Partners, LLC, a strategy and financial advisory firm which she founded in 2001. From 1995 to 2001, Ms. Lecamp served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Automatic Data Processing Corporation, a global provider of outsourced services for payroll and human resources. Ms. Lecamp was responsible for external investments for ADP's largest business unit including mergers, acquisitions, minority investments and strategic partnerships. From 1987 to 1995, Ms. Lecamp worked as an associate and then a Vice President in the Investment Banking division at Salomon Brothers Inc. She played a senior coverage role in Salomon's Telecommunications Group from 1994 to 1995 and was a product specialist in high yield and financial restructuring in the Merchant Banking Department from 1990 to 1994. During her tenure at Salomon, Ms. Lecamp worked on over $11 billion of financial restructurings, and debt and equity financings. Ms. Lecamp received a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington in 1983 and an M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1987. Max Holmes first associated with Ms. Lecamp in 1991. |
