Teresa Marrinan is Vice President of Commercial Operations and an officer of DPL Inc. and The Dayton Power & Light Company. She reports to the Senior Vice President Generation and Marketing.
In this capacity, Ms. Marrinan is responsible for the 24 hour real time dispatch of the Company’s 3,800 megawatt power generation fleet; its short and long term coal, energy and natural gas purchasing and trading activities; the scheduling and physical delivery of the Company’s coal and other commodities; the Company’s monitoring and participation within the PJM Independent System Operator; and its unregulated retail electricity and street lighting businesses.
Ms. Marrinan has more than 20 years of energy industry experience. Prior to assuming her current role as Vice President, she served as Director of Portfolio Management, and was responsible for the real time dispatch and commodity management activities encompassed in her current role. She has also served as the Company’s Risk Manager and has held several other managerial and technical positions within the Company’s wholesale and retail business units.
Ms. Marrinan holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. |
