Teresa A. McDermott is our Senior Vice President-Controller. Since February 2004, she has served as our Senior Vice President-Controller and served on an interim basis as our Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer from October 2005 until February 2006. From January 2003 to February 2004, she held the position of Vice President and Controller, and from November 2001 to January 2003, she served as Assistant Vice President & Assistant Controller. Prior to joining us, Ms. McDermott served as Chief Financial Officer of PCLoans.com, the successor to Capital Mortgage Bankers, Inc., a national mortgage banking corporation, from 1985 to 1990 and from 1996 to 2001. Prior to PCLoans.com, Ms. McDermott managed the financial reporting and budgeting efforts for Signature Development, Inc. where she served as Senior Vice President and Controller from 1990 through 1996. She also worked as an Accounting Manager for Mercantile Mortgage Corporation. Ms. McDermott received her B.A. degree in Accounting from Loyola College and is a certified public accountant. |
