Terri Deuel is EasyLink’s vice president, product development and customer services. In this role, she has responsibility for product development, professional services, outsourcing services and customer support. Ms. Deuel had previously served as chief marketing officer and senior vice president of customer communications, service and support.
Prior to joining the company in June 2004, Terri spent four years as the vice president of strategy and marketing for the Integrated Supply Chain Group, a privately held company focused on supply chain software and services. Prior to that, she held roles of increasing responsibility in engineering, sales and marketing at IBM, ending her 16-year career as an Americas’ brand manager, responsible for the sales, marketing and operations in the personal computer division |
