Mr O’Dwyer, a Chartered Accountant, is presently Executive Chairman of Metal Storm Limited, Brumby's Bakeries Limited and MFS Limited, and a Director of Bendigo Bank Limited. In addition, he is a Director of Queensland Theatre Company Limited and is the Independent Chairman of BDO Kendalls Chartered Accountants, the practice in which he was a partner for 28 years.
Past appointments include Directorships of Leutenegger Limited and CS Energy Limited, Commissioner of the Legal Aid Commission, past State Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and President of the Brisbane Club. |
