Mr. Page has nearly thirty years of minerals industry exploration and development experience with a reputation for diligence and honesty and manages Minefinders exploration office in Reno, Nevada. He has directed or been directly involved in several gold and several silver discoveries and development projects within the US and Latin America including those at the company’s Dolores, Planchas de Plata, and La Bolsa projects. Previous employment to Minefinders includes positions at Exploration Manager, Senior Geologist, and Project Geologist levels with several successful startup companies and major production companies. Familiarity with working mines with significant to world class production records from within the western United States, Latin America, and eastern and central Australia, have supplemented work experience. Mr. Page has Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Geology from the Mackay School of Mines (University of Nevada at Reno), and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, respectively, and is professionally affiliated with the Society of Economic Geologists, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and the Geological Society of Nevada. |
