Ted originates HUD insured loans for multifamily, seniors housing and healthcare projects. He has 20 years of investment banking experience, underwriting tax exempt revenue bond issues for the development of housing, manufacturing and assisted living facilities throughout the country. As principal and manager of the Little Rock office of Stern Brothers, Inc., a Kansas based investment banking firm, he was responsible for underwriting and placing both municipal and private purpose bond issues. Prior to joining JCHH, he opened and operated a branch office for Heartland Capital Corporation, where he originated and processed HUD insured real estate loans in the mid-south. |
