Mr. Sanft joined Fleet One® in December 2002, and is responsible for all areas of the company's Technical Service and Operations organizations. He brings 18 years of industry experience to Fleet One®, along with invaluable technical expertise and a proven track record of executive leadership.
Mr. Sanft comes to Fleet One® from Alliance Data Systems, where he served as Vice President of Network and Payment Systems. At Alliance, Mr. Sanft planned, managed and maintained the switching capacity to support over 2.5 billion transactions per year. His customers there included Citgo, Phillips, Conoco, Shell, Marathon, Clark and Speedway Super America.
Prior to that, Mr. Sanft was EVP of Information Technology for Harmonic Systems, Inc. (purchased by Alliance). There, he supported a real-time client server-based 360mm transaction network that spanned from Ireland to Hawaii and included customers like Barnes and Noble, Ultramar Diamond Shamrock, and GAP Inc.
Mr. Sanft also worked at Supervalu Inc, one of the nations largest food wholesalers, where he was responsible for architecting and building the Supervalu client server infrastructure, including general ledger, SAS, and pricing systems.
