Mr. Saxena joined the Optimos team in August 1998,. He is a key member of the senior management, leading efforts to ensure prudent financial management resulting in targeted profitability. He has extensive management, finance, contracting, project management, budgeting, cost control, credit facilities and internal audit experience. He has a strong background in the venture capital market and corporate financing. Prior to joining Optimos, Mr. Saxena served as controller for Vidicomp Distributors, Inc. He was also General Manager for Intercraft where he managed finances for the project divisions in Russia and the Ukraine. Before that, he headed the Finance and Accounts division for QCC in Sydney, Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant from India. |
