Tanya Viner is an associate in the Los Angeles office Business Practices Group. Ms. Viner's practice covers a wide range of corporate and entertainment matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate maintenance and formation, corporate finance, licensing, securities and finance of production of motion pictures. Ms. Viner routinely counsels members of the entertainment industry in their acquisition, licensing, services and distribution arrangements. She also counsels entertainment clients with issues pertaining to guild compliance. Ms. Viner represents clients in a variety of industries including apparel, retail, cosmetics, technology, mortgage lending, and entertainment.
Ms. Viner, who earned her B.A. in Political Science and Russian Studies at the University of California at Los Angeles, is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. She earned her J.D. at Loyola Law School, and she is a member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
