Tanya is a seasoned finance executive with 19 years experience in the strategic, operational and financial management of various businesses. Prior to joining Lockdown Networks, Tanya was the senior finance executive at Digeo, Inc., a provider of Media Center products and advanced TV services. At Digeo, Tanya was responsible for all financial and administrative functions, including the completion of 3 rounds of private equity financing raising a total of $195 million. Tanya also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Skyway Luggage Company, an international manufacturer and seller of luggage products. As a member of the executive team at Skyway, she was responsible for formulating the financial long range strategy of the Company as well as managing all operational units and financial and administrative functions. Prior to Skyway, Tanya served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for the Aviation Communications Division of AT&T Wireless Services where she was responsible for the full complement of international and domestic financial, tax and accounting services. Tanya began her career at Ernst & Young.She is a certified public accountant in the state of Washington and received her BA from Concordia College. |
