Tan Kin Lee was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 15 December 2000.He is a successful entrepreneur with more than 24 years working experience covering engineering consultancy, construction, project management and software development business in Malaysia and China. He started his career as an Engineer with Minconsult Sdn Bhd in 1983, after 10 years with the company involving in several major infrastructure projects, he joined Bridgecon Berhad in 1993 until 1996.From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Tan served as an Executive Director of Gadang Holdings Berhad, a company listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Mr Tan involved himself in ICT industry since 2000. He was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of CMS I-Systems Bhd (formerly known as I-Systems Group Bhd), an MSC status company involved in the development of enterprise software applications to the insurance and healthcare industries from 2000 to 2006.Mr Tan was involved in the Company’s business since 2000 and is a director of Green Packet Inc, Green Packet Holdings Ltd, Green Packet international Inc, Green Packet Berhad and Green Packet (Shanghai) Ltd since their respective incorporation.Mr Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He is a member of the institute of Engineer Malaysia. |
